Terms of Service

The rules of using AiLoveKit - short, plain, and consistent with our zero-upload architecture.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AiLoveKit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AiLoveKit provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDFs, images, text, and developer data. All processing happens locally in your browser. The Service is provided free of charge, without accounts, and may evolve as we add and refine tools.

3. Your files and your responsibility

Your files never leave your device when using the Service, and you remain solely responsible for them: for having the rights to process them, for keeping backups of originals, and for verifying that outputs meet your requirements before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law or the rights of others, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the website beyond normal use, or to misrepresent the Service's behavior (for example, by claiming we receive your files).

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and text are owned by AiLoveKit or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You retain full ownership of files you process - we acquire no rights in them, not least because we never receive them. Limited licenses to the open-source components used in the browser engines are governed by their respective licenses.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be error-free; always verify critical outputs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiLoveKit and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the Service.

8. Third-party components

The Service uses open-source libraries (such as pdf.js, pdf-lib, JSZip, Tesseract.js, and qrcode-generator) under their respective licenses. Some optional features (e.g., OCR language data) are fetched from public CDNs at runtime; their availability is governed by those providers.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Because there are no accounts, there is nothing to terminate - simply stop using the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator's jurisdiction; where consumer protection laws grant you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
